Positive: It’s clean, it’s modern, it’s swollen after, lots of parking space. Very well managed by friendly and flexible people. I’d highly recommend this for anyone it’s great value.

Negative: It’s a 15 minute walk into town, but you can’t have everything. What you are getting in return is a fabulous view of the slopes. Besides, there’s a bus that runs into town.

Positive: Everything was perfect. The location of the property, silent, kids park in front of apartment, the animals. We feel like we are on the great farm. The view on the forest and hills. And Schladming. Morning bread service. The space was perfect for the family with 2 kids. We really have a comfort. Merel and Michael are great hosts. I would recommend the place to everyone.

Negative: Replace wooden box in smaller room with wardrobe. Switch couch and kitchen table in kitchen. Add some closet below the TV.

Positive: Having a private sauna is fantastic. The room is a really nice size and very well equipped. Very comfortable, with nice floor heating. The hosts are really friendly and the whole house is awesome and clean, with a great view. The place has clearly been planned with thought and care, and an eye for detail.

Negative: This is a minor issue: some of the lighting is stylish rather than practical. Didn't really bother us, just something we noticed because we don't have the best eyesight anymore.

Positive: The apartment is in a great location, close to hiking areas and main attraction. It was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped with everything needed. The hosts were very lovely and welcoming and answered all our questions. There is a great yard with trampoline, swing, and additional attractions for the kids, which was lovely, and the kids really enjoyed. The washing machine was not inside the apartment. It is located on a separate floor, and payment is needed for her operation.

Negative: There are no nets on the windows, and there is no air conditioning.
